How the Term works

The investment is built around a corporate lease structure. Here is the full term, step by step, from purchase to rental income to long-term ownership.

You purchase a fully furnished residence

You buy a specific apartment unit at Royal Elina. The price is fixed and transparent. The apartment comes fully furnished with premium furniture, appliances, wardrobes, study tables, ACs, and more. There is nothing more to spend on the unit.

Price: ₹17 Lakh (outright) or ₹1.7 Lakh down payment (90% bank finance).
What you own: A freehold, RERA-registered (RAJ/P/2020/1406) residential apartment in a 12-storey tower near Hotel The Mabel, Kota.

A corporate lease is already in place

You do not need to find a tenant. Royal Infra arranges a corporate tenant before handover. The lease is between you (the owner) and the corporate tenant, with Royal Infra facilitating the agreement. The tenant is typically a company housing its employees.

Lease type: Corporate lease, not individual tenant.
Benefit: No tenant-search friction, no brokerage, no negotiation. The lease starts on day one of your ownership.

Rental income starts from month one

You receive ₹10,000 per month in rental income. Payments are automated and credited before the 10th of each month. There is no chasing tenants or waiting for bank transfers.

Royal Infra's management team handles day-to-day operations: maintenance, tenant coordination, repairs, security, water, power backup, and common area upkeep. You do not need to visit the property or hire a property manager.
