About the role
Supervise construction quality and progress at Royal Infra projects. You will ensure structural integrity, material quality, timeline adherence, and safety standards on site.
This is a full-time on-site role. You will work alongside contractors, labour teams, and consultants to ensure every Royal Infra project is delivered to specification and on schedule.
A civil engineering degree and construction site experience are required. You need to be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to read and interpret structural drawings.
You will report to the Project Manager and contribute to daily progress reports, safety inspections, and quality assurance processes.
What you'll do
- Supervise daily construction activities and contractor work
- Ensure quality of materials, workmanship, and structural integrity
- Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, and sub-contractors
- Maintain project timelines and construction schedules
- Conduct daily safety inspections and enforce safety protocols
- Prepare daily progress reports for the Project Manager
- Resolve technical issues and design discrepancies on site
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and vendors
What we're looking for
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering
- 2+ years of construction site experience
- Strong knowledge of building codes, IS codes, and safety standards
- Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, and BOQs
- Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Willing to be on-site full-time in Kota
