About the role
Drive sales of Royal Elina investment residences. You will be the first point of contact for investors, conducting site visits, explaining the investment model, and closing deals.
This is a frontline role. You will meet investors at the property, walk them through the fully furnished apartments, explain the corporate lease structure, and help them choose between the outright and finance options.
Real estate sales experience in Rajasthan is preferred, but what matters most is your ability to explain an investment product clearly and close confidently.
You will report to the Sales Lead and work closely with the Investment Consultant and bank finance team to ensure smooth onboarding of every investor.
What you'll do
- Conduct site visits and investor meetings at Royal Elina
- Explain the pre-leased, corporate lease investment model to prospects
- Manage lead pipeline and follow up with prospects consistently
- Coordinate with the bank finance team for loan processing
- Maintain accurate CRM records for every lead and conversation
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the Sales Lead
- Represent Royal Elina at property events and local marketing drives
- Provide feedback from the field to improve marketing and positioning
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in real estate or financial product sales
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English
- Understanding of the Kota market and local dynamics
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to explain investment concepts clearly to non-finance audiences
- Two-wheeler and valid license (for site visits and investor meetings)
- Proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable with field sales
