About the role
Manage day-to-day operations at Royal Elina. You will oversee tenant relations, maintenance, security, vendor management, and ensure the property runs smoothly for both investors and tenants.
This is an on-site, hands-on role. You will be the person who makes sure the building works, the tenants are happy, the rent is collected on time, and the investors never have to worry about anything.
Real estate property management experience is required. You need to be a problem-solver who can handle everything from a leaking tap to a tenant complaint to a vendor negotiation.
You will report to the Operations Director and submit monthly property reports covering occupancy, maintenance, tenant feedback, and financials.
What you'll do
- Manage daily property operations at Royal Elina, Kota
- Handle tenant relations and corporate lease coordination
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and preventive upkeep schedules
- Manage security, housekeeping, and support staff
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for quality and pricing
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations
- Prepare monthly property reports covering occupancy, maintenance, and finances
- Resolve tenant complaints promptly and maintain high satisfaction
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in property management or facility management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and safety compliance
- Excellent problem-solving ability and decision-making under pressure
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to be on-site in Kota full-time
- Hindi and English communication skills
