About the role
Drive brand awareness and lead generation for Royal Elina. You will manage digital campaigns, social media, content creation, and on-ground marketing events.
This is a full-stack marketing role. You will plan campaigns, create content, manage social media channels, organize property events, and track lead generation metrics end-to-end.
Digital marketing experience in real estate or financial products is preferred. You need to be both creative (content, design, storytelling) and analytical (metrics, optimization, ROI tracking).
You will work closely with the Sales team to ensure leads are qualified, handed off promptly, and that campaign performance is tracked from click to conversion.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and Instagram
- Manage social media presence and content calendar for Royal Elina
- Create marketing content: posts, reels, brochures, emailers, and ads
- Organize property events, site visit drives, and investor meetups
- Track and report on lead generation metrics and campaign ROI
- Coordinate with the Sales team on lead handoff and conversion tracking
- Manage local PR, community engagement, and brand partnerships
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data and audience insights
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience
- Proficiency in social media management and scheduling tools
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
- Excellent content writing in English and Hindi
- Understanding of real estate marketing preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Data-driven and creative mindset with attention to detail
