About the role
Advise investors on Royal Elina's investment model. You will analyze client financial situations, recommend outright vs finance options, explain rental yield and ROI, and build long-term investor relationships.
This role sits between sales and advisory. You are not just selling a property. You are helping someone structure an investment that generates monthly income and builds long-term equity.
Financial advisory or wealth management experience is required. You need to be comfortable running numbers, comparing scenarios, and explaining trade-offs in plain language.
You will also coordinate with banks for loan processing and prepare investment reports that investors can take to their financial advisors or family members.
What you'll do
- Analyze investor financial profiles and investment goals
- Recommend investment strategies: outright vs 90% bank finance
- Explain rental yield (7.06%), tax implications, and ROI projections
- Conduct investment presentations for individuals and groups
- Build and maintain long-term investor relationships
- Coordinate with banks for loan processing and documentation
- Prepare detailed investment reports and comparison sheets
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, RERA regulations, and tax rules
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in financial advisory, wealth management, or real estate consulting
- Strong understanding of real estate investments and rental yields
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills
- Bachelor's in finance, commerce, or equivalent
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms
- NISM or similar certification preferred but not mandatory
- Professional, trustworthy demeanor with high ethical standards
