About the role
Be the post-sale face of Royal Elina for investors. You will ensure investor satisfaction, manage rental payment coordination, handle queries and concerns, and build long-term relationships that drive referrals and repeat investment.
This role is about trust. Investors are putting significant money into Royal Elina. Your job is to make sure they feel informed, valued, and confident in their investment every single month.
CRM experience in real estate or financial services is required. You need to be patient, empathetic, organized, and able to manage sensitive conversations professionally.
You will track investor satisfaction metrics, identify opportunities for repeat investment, and ensure that every investor becomes a potential advocate for Royal Elina.
What you'll do
- Manage post-sale investor relationships and regular communication
- Coordinate monthly rental payments and address payment-related queries
- Conduct regular investor check-ins via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Resolve investor concerns and complaints professionally and promptly
- Organize investor events, annual meetings, and site visit follow-ups
- Track investor satisfaction metrics and report to management
- Identify referral opportunities and repeat investment potential
- Maintain detailed investor records in the CRM system
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in customer relationship management or client success
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage sensitive conversations with patience and empathy
- Hindi and English fluency required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help people
- CRM software experience preferred (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
